Applying Good Habits

Many people put aside their dreams and desires because of a lack of confidence in their own abilities, fear, or because they feel that their situation and/or finances prevent them from being realized. The biggest obstacle here is to get out of habits that keeps you within your imaginary boundaries.
I started to listen to successful people and tried to learn from them. One of the things I learned about is Habit Stacking, meaning that you add a good habit at a time until all your habits are good. It’s also important to listen to the right people.
Today, I want to share this quote with you:

A millionaire won’t criticize you for starting a business
An athlete won’t criticize you for working out
An artist won’t criticize you for learning an art
It’s always those who don’t dare to try themselves who criticize

You can start creating new habits by Wishbooking what you want to achieve or change in your life. Write down your wish as if it has already been fulfilled and describe in detail the emotions you feel when thinking about it.
Create a habit that brings some of the positive physical, emotional or psychological effect you describe in your wish into your ordinary life.
Continue this habit every day for 30 days.
For example, you wish to find the perfect job that, unlike your current position, is well paid and with less stress. You book this wish in great detail, one of them being calm and quiet mornings. To facilitate your wish you begin with creating a habit of taking 5-10 minutes preparing breakfast in the evenings before you go to bed. When you get up in the morning and everything is already set, you start the day more relaxed and enjoy with gratitude the extra time you get. This starts the process of connecting your wish with your real life.

Revisit your Wishbook regularly and trust the process
