What is Wishbooking?

Wishbooking is a concept where you combine journaling, manifestation, visualization and psychology to make your wishes feel so real that you attract the necessary means, focus and energy to make it happen, and getting you so used to the feeling of the manifestation that you won’t even be surprised when they happen.

To create the necessary conditions for the manifestation to happen you need to specify your wish and/or dream.
You are probably familiar with booking a hotel room for your dream holiday, where you specify exactly what features the room should have, for example a really comfortable double bed and lots of space for you and your partner, clean bed sheets, rain shower and/or jet featured bathtub, a view over the ocean, Wifi/Internet, a full size mirror, hair dryer, etc.
Wishbooking is exactly like that, but for your LIFE.
We call it “Booking a wish”.
It is the mental preparation for what you want to come into your life.

Why should I document it like it has already happened?

In the same way as you would specify and book a hotel room, in the example above, it is not enough to think about what you want. Your booking must be manifested in the physical world.
When you do, you tell your brain and body that this is real and you will subconsciously start doing and attract things that take you closer to your wish.
This technique has been used in sports psychology for a long time.
Athletes, for example, often visualize their success before it actually occurs, creating a mental blueprint that guides their actions and decisions. By documenting your goals as if they have already been achieved, you harness the power of positive thinking and visualization, which can significantly increase your motivation and focus.

In essence, treating your aspirations as accomplished facts can transform your mindset, instilling a sense of confidence and determination. Your brain starts to believe in the possibility of success, which in turn influences your behavior and actions. It’s a proactive approach that aligns your mental and physical efforts, propelling you towards the fulfillment of your dreams.

Why should I write it down?

Because when you do, you transfer your thoughts to a physical object, and you manifest the visualization of your wish into the physical world.
This action transforms your aspirations from abstract thoughts into concrete experiences. It gives you a sense of ownership and a roadmap to follow. Writing it down make your wishes more than just fleeting ideas – they become part of your story, ready to unfold.

In Wishbooking, this is the most important part of the 5-step method because it is your Wishbook that keeps your visualized wish alive and to which you reconnect to maintain your inspiration, goal image, confidence and trust in the wish. It is in your written description you can relive the memory you have visualized.

Applicable in all areas of life

Wishbooking is designed to not only set your mind to the right things in life and remove negative and blocking thoughts but also to affect the subconscious, allowing you to set the state of mind or the emotion you want in a specific situation.
You can book how you would like your life or specific parts of your life to look like, what kind of people you want in your life, big or small everyday things, your dream occupation, etc.
There are no limits – If you can wish it, you can book it.

Below are some examples of scenarios where Wishbooking is applied.

A musician

James, a talented violinist, often found himself overwhelmed with stage fright and negative emotions before and during his performances. Determined to overcome these feelings, he turned to Wishbooking — where he would write down his wishes and positive experiences.
Each night, James would faithfully jot down detailed descriptions of how relaxed and elated he felt when he flawlessly performed his favorite music pieces. He wrote about the serene calm that washed over him as his bow glided over the strings and the sheer joy that resonated through the hall with each note. Over time, these vivid entries began to transform his mindset. By repeatedly visualizing and documenting these positive experiences, James built a mental sanctuary he could retreat to whenever anxiety struck. Eventually, the act of Wishbooking became a powerful tool, allowing him to channel his emotions constructively and perform with newfound confidence and tranquility.

Finance

When Sarah’s old bed unexpectedly broke, she found herself without the funds to purchase a new one. She asked around but with no luck.
Instead of succumbing to despair, she turned to Wishbooking and wrote down and visualized the experience of owning the bed she longed for. In her journal, she described the comfort of lying down on a plush mattress, the elegance of the headboard, and the peaceful nights of restful sleep. She imagined the joy and relief of finally having a bed that met her needs. She then shared her wish for a new bed.
Not long after, a close friend announced they were selling their house and needed to part with some furniture. To Sarah’s astonishment, not only did they offer her a bed, but the bed also closely matched the one she had envisioned. Grateful and amazed, Sarah graciously accepted the bed, feeling as though her wish had materialized through her positive focus and visualization.
